Honestly, we stayed with Farmers, knowing that the rates were a little excessive BECAUSE of our relationship with you and your staff. This year, doing a rate comparison with other companies, there was such a significant rate difference, in all lines of insurance, it made it fiscally impossible to justify staying with Farmers and paying the higher rates.
