Kim
Kim, aka “The Insurance Teacher”, loves helping people! As an educator with a Masters in Library Services, Kim has taken her love for teaching and dedication to systems development to create an agency that is committed to helping her clients make a smarter decision about their insurance.
Even though Kim may not be old, she is certainly old-fashioned when it comes to delivering customer service. Without high-pressure sales tactics, Kim’s agency is focused on getting to know her clients and making recommendations that meet that need.
Kim and her husband Jeff are Cypress residents and are the proud parents of six children: Kristin, Avery, Allie, Max, Pete and Logan.

Jeff
Jeff started in the insurance industry with Farmers Insurance in 1985. As a file clerk in Austin, TX., he worked his way up through the ranks and spent time in Administrative Services, Claims, Underwriting, Auditing, Marketing and in 1996, became a licensed agent before promoting to District Manager in 1998.
After becoming one of the leading district managers in the field, Jeff was recognized with his contribution to agency management, profitability and the development of what is now known as Farmers Financial Services.
