Thank you for answering a few quick questions about our candidate who has listed you as a reference on their application. Your responses are critical to our decision making process and it is important for the sake or our agency, and that of the candidates success, that you answer the questions honestly. All of your answers will be held strictly confidential. Because this individual may be employed at the current time, we also ask that you do not mention this application to anyone without the expressed consent of the applicant in question.

The insurance agency position requires our candidates have a proven track record of success and have a few of the skill sets we look for while evaluating their application. Although this is not a complete list of requirements for this position, some of the skill sets we look for are:

  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Financially stable.
  • Desire to help others.
  • Great attitude!

Several of the questions use a Star Rating System where you will have the option of selecting 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars. A 1-star rating is the lowest recommendation or response, whereas a 5-star rating would indicate a very high rating or recommendation from you relating to the question asked. If you are uncertain of how to answer the question due to lack of knowledge about the candidate, use a 3-star rating which would indicate you are not recommending or indicating poor performance for that question.
