If your survey has to do with a claim filed for Flood, please include detailed information below. Although we cannot control the national program, we may have other options that could improve your claims experience in the future.
Please understand that while our agency can assist in communicating information about the claims process, we are not claims adjuster and have very limited control and no authority to authorize claim payments or negotiate settlements.
